I think they can improve their anti-fraud automatic system because I can use the same US PayPal account for purchases from many places like Gamestop and even Walmart lol. Even my US address is legit it is my brother's It is just that I had funds in that account but not in my Egyptian PayPal which can only pay via credit card. walmart, ect are legit sites that have and tie into very good antifraud systems. i mean walmart will never ask for such stuff cause they have u basically scored and keep u from getting into too much trouble with them. {PARAGRAPH}{INSERTKEYS}You are using an USA based address and email with an IP address from Egypt. so they most likely have simple ability to process credit cards and paypal or they just collecting stuff they shouldnt. it sort of in contract that they have to do certain things and if they dont or have too many problems their deal gets sour they get charges more same with valve or anyone who ties into payment processing system. paypal verifies to your bank account and your bank verifies such documents locally. but they dont ask that sites collect such documents.
