I had a lot of complain about hotel the bed mattress was not comfort The door of shower box not close very well and shower pressure was low Mini bar had used drink They don't have food service in the room. The lobby is crowded with many activities. Loved it and will definitely go stay there again. Pools were really lovely. The gym and pool are very clean. The staff were friendly without being to over the top!! The buffet place is nice. Housekeeping needs to be called everyday to get the room clean or else its not. This hotel is very big and luxurious in design. This is definitely a 5 star hotel but you will pay way more for much less in other cities. The location is right smack in the middle of the new strip. Buffet is good with reasonable price. A good location on the mid of The Strip Vegas, near with almost all the attaraction with a good value of money. Not too sure if this is the culture in states. The pool area is large with a bar and regular table service but I just think the hotel is lacking in food outlets. We usually stay at the Bellagio when we visit Vegas but we decided to stay at this new hotel for a change. The hotel was centrally located and is one of the most advanced technology hotel that I have ever stayed in. Con: slow service - no slippers were provided to our room they probably missed. The room is big, overall tidy and comfortable. Aria is stunning - lovely rooms, location and facilities. The valet service was quite efficient. One thing I loved which is I believe standard for modern Vegas hotels is the technology within the room - electronic curtains, one button turns the whole apartment off, lights, curtains close, tv goes off. Excellent hotel. The curtains in my particular room were not complete black out curtains which I believe should be a necessity in Vegas and I believe is quite common - the sun still crept around the corners which made the room completely day light as soon as the sun was up and therefore not allowing you to sleep as long after a big night. This hotel is for you. The staff are so very helpful, Concierge will do anything for you, book tickets to shows, fill you in on the shows and what they are about, they even booked a mobile spray tanner to come to my room which was external to the hotel. Other than that everything is perfect! And there is free monorail between Monte Carlo, Aria and Bellagio. The check in and checkout was a breeze and I have no problems about anything of this hotel. Everything is good, except they do not have complimentry water and no toothbrush. Perfect location, spotlessly clean. We needed to make 2 phone calls to help desk and waited for 45 minutes for them to send over the slippers. The room is HUGE for our family of 4, staff here is really helpful, and friendly while attending to our request. The breakfast in not include in our package, but their restaurants are great. The rooms are very nice, comfortable and new. Only negative experience was the fact that one of my shopping bags went missing between leaving it in the room before dinner and returning after dinner. Aria hotel is the best hotel! When reported to the hotel they comp-ed the value of the things. That is convenient. This was my first trip to Vegas. Variety of food is great. They have a lot of gambling machines , tables. I feel a bit disappointed esp we have to pay the resort fee. The design is futuristic with high ceiling and spacious place.{/INSERTKEYS}{/PARAGRAPH} The negative part was calling the front dest, the hotel is too busy for them to answer the phone. They have cafe, patisserie, restaurants of all kinds, shops The buffet on the second floor is with long queue but as a hotel guest, you can use the table in your room to queue. The room was good! The ability to control lights, curtains etc from the tablet is great. You cannot fault the comfort and quality. Aria was a great place to stay and I found that accommodation in Vegas is a lot cheaper and a lot better than what you will get travelling elsewhere in the states, like LA for instance. {PARAGRAPH}{INSERTKEYS}Perfect hotel for a group of friends having a long weekend in vegas. The hotel concierge are very helpful and got us tickets and reservations to various restaurants and shows. I think they should provide this information in agoda as the fee is mandatory! Pro: modern n stylish hotel, plenty of selections of restaurants which open till late. The only disappointment is that there is no complimentary water in the room. Would definitely return to the same hotel. The moment I walked in the room, the curtain slided itself. Restaurant downstairs is nice. Possibly the best location on the Strip, great selections of cafes and restaurants also make this hotel a good choice to stay in Vegas. The Hotel is really nice hotel, worth the money, very modern and comfortable to stay. We arrived early during a very busy convention week in Las Vegas and were lucky to get our room at 7am. But no direct shuttle bus from airport, have to be transferred from Bellagio. If you come to Las Vegas and looking for joy in gambling. There's plenty of choice for dinner but when it comes to breakfast or lunch other hotels have far more choice with food courts containing different options for a quick meal. Lovely food and drinks from the pool bar kept us happy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful rooms with plenty of space. I think this hotel has more than 8 places to eat. This hotel was out of my expectation. That aside, it's real luxury and you notice the difference in quality from other resorts with Aria. It was recommend to us by a friend that had the same taste in comfort and style. Overall it was a good place to stay but I'd definitely go elsewhere next time. We enjoy our stay here. A small criticism is that there isn't really a defining feature about the hotel - which most in Vegas have. No issues getting a lounger and plenty of fluffy white towels available. We had a great stay at the Aria Hotel. But overall good recommended hotel. The hotel is very new and equipped with high technology. Although the room was impeccably nice, the iPad controller, command center, that came with the room did not function, so so much for being wowed. However, this was not the case. Rooms are very nice and all amenities are also up to 5star hotel expectation. My only complaint is that the waitress service was slow, we spent a small fortune at one table over 2hrs and had to ask for a waitress a number of times. The best feature is the bed, they are incredible confortable. The shopping plaza have lots of brand name shops. Great place though. The check in line when I arrived was really long and did take a while and it always seems to be so busy when I would walk through the lobby. Friendly staff however my daughter left her toiletry bag and I asked them to post 2 hair clips to a U. And the room was clean and quiet. Helpful staff. Lovely hotel. Bathroom is excellent with seperate shower and bath. The Aria is a newer and nicer hotel than others on the strip and I can't fault the staff or the room. The food for in room dining I wasn't overly impressed with, and its expensive! Instead of placing an actual Do Not Disturb sign on your door you simply press a "privacy" button - although a couple of times this was ignored by house keeping who I think were trying to get my room serviced before they finished their shift. Beds were extremely comfy and the iPad to control the room lights, curtains etc was a nice touch. I love the location, the pool and buffet the most. The valet and concierge were very attentive and generous to our need and assistance required. Whilst this offer was much appreciated, it does not quite make up for it ad we were still left without the things we had spent time shopping for.
